This week I've been feeling pretty good. I've been peeing a lot, especially at night again. Sometimes it almost feels like I'm getting up every 45 minutes or so. Because of this I have a lot of interrupted sleep and a lot of dreams. Luckily for me it's very easy for me to fall back asleep.
I participated in my 5th sprint triathlon this morning, the baby's 2nd. I'll do an entire post on that once I get photos back, but let's just say it was a ton of fun and even though I wished I could have gone faster I felt great the entire race and I'm glad I didn't push it too much.
My boobs seem to stand out the most in the photos below. I've been wearing the same bra in all photos, to go with the same outfit. I really need to go bra shopping since I seem to be busting out.
My belly doesn't seem as big, but it's probably just the way I was standing either last week or this week. I can't always be 100% consistent, on if I'm relaxing my stomach, trying to "act" normal, etc.

My back has been feeling better, and although I haven't got my massage yet I think I will definitely schedule one very soon.
I have had some slight cramping throughout this week as well. I've read this is my uterus growing, making room for Baby Murphy! From what I've read the average baby at 19 weeks is 6-7" and about the size of a mango.
I also got another interesting fact. If I have a girl, her ovaries are already producing primitive egg cells. The human body continues to amaze me!
I'll update again with my race and workout recap for the past week probably tomorrow.
You look awesome!!!
