Running has become harder and harder, but I'm still getting out about twice a week to run. I've been consistent with my Wednesday running intervals.
Wednesday
Run: 3.51 miles
Time: 38:20
Pace: 10:55/mile
Avg HR: 142
Max HR: 168
This has been the easiest exercise commitment for me because I meet up with the Colonial Road Runners and it's my weekly visit with my friend Jami. It has been really hot out so I have to make sure I am staying hydrated. Luckily this isn't too hard for me, I always have my water bottle with me and with intervals it's easy to take water breaks between each set.
Thursday
Swim: approximately 1,000 meters
I forgot my watch so I don't know what the time was, but I did an open water swim which was great with the hot weather we've been having. Swimming still feels really good, but I get bored after a while. Luckily the open water swimming is much more fun than swimming laps back and forth although I don't feel safe swimming alone, so I always have to make sure I have a swimming buddy.
Tuesday
Run: 3.52 miles
Time: 53:37
Pace: 15:13
Avg HR: 126
Max HR: 158
With an 8K coming up this weekend I was hoping to get a good run in today. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I did get out and get some exercise though, although most of it was walking. I decided I would still do the 3.5 miles that I set out to do even if I had to walk the entire way. Running felt pretty good except I had occasional round ligament pain and than towards the end I had to pee so bad that it hurt my bladder to run.
I was also pretty tired so I didn't want to overdo it and the hills leading out and into my neighborhood are never fun, especially being pregnant so I made sure to walk up the hills.
I am glad I got out to run/walk because I really am starting to get pretty lazy and I want to make sure I'm still getting exercise 3 or so days a week, even if it's just walking, swimming or a yoga video.
My hours at work were cut do to business not doing very well so I now have Tuesdays and Fridays off which hopefully will give me the time to get baby stuff done as well as catch up on housework and make time for my exercise.

Enjoy the extra bonus of time off. You certainly will appreciate that you have had the time to stay well rested prior to delivery. Staying active is especially hard with the heat and high humidity that you guys get. Overall sounds like things are going well. Keep blogging! Love you
