I ran my 10th race and my third triathlon this morning while pregnant. I will write a separate blog about the race when I have a little more time to write one.
I'm still feeling the baby move a ton and throughout the day. The baby is going crazy moving around right now, probably because s/he slept a lot this morning during my race. The baby never is active at all during a workout, most likely I'm "rocking" the baby to sleep.
I think it was also this week that I finally upgraded to a new bra! I've been spilling out of my old bra for quite some time, and I was way over due. The boobs still seem to be growing so I'm sure it won't be long before I need to upgrade to the next size up.
I waited until the last possible moment to take photos, and since I raced this morning and came home and spent the afternoon sleeping on the couch, I have "couch hair" and my tri number is still on my arms (It takes a few showers to completely wash off).

No hiding this belly now! I think I read this week that my uterus is supposeably the size of a soccer ball! Not sure if it's THAT big, but it's definitely growing.
I got on the scale this morning and I had hit 150....yikes! I weighed myself again after the race and I was back down to 148, so maybe I'm not officially in the 150's, at 3:30 am (remember I was up super early for my tri) my body doesn't know how to weigh itself correctly. Regardless I'm basically there, which means I will be the heavy weight in the family passing Sean on the scale. This just means I can threaten to sit on him if he talks back to me!
We fly "home" to Vermont on Thursday of this week for a long holiday weekend with my family. It's going to be a ton of fun seeing everyone, and my mom is throwing a baby shower for us as well. We don't get back until Monday afternoon so I guess that means we'll have to take next week's photos from Vermont, or they will be a day late.
