I have a few days left at 7 weeks and am anxious to move this pregnancy along so I can start feeling a little more pregnant.
I still haven't felt much different, no nausea, no morning sickness, I'm tired sometimes but I've always been tired even before I got pregnant. Of course I have to pee constantly, but again I've always had to pee constantly, so again nothing new. I still have an appetite, but I never know what I "feel" like eating. Right now I like pizza, cereal, grilled cheese and cookies. I'm trying to mix some vegetables in their too, and go easy on the sweets.
I do have one change and it's my breasts. They aren't much bigger, maybe a little, but they are super heavy. I think I'm going to have to upgrade my sports bras. When I was on the treadmill the other day I definitely didn't feel like I had enough support.
I ended up going to bed around 10 last night and woke up on my own around 6:30 feeling well rested and had a ton of energy.
Sean and I went and ran the WISC trail. I made sure to wear a more fitted sports bra and my boobs felt secure :). My body felt really good, throughout the entire run. I kept my heart rate between 140-160 and found that my pace was decent when I was on flat ground. At the hills I had to slow it down to keep my HR in the zone I wanted, but I ended up running the entire 5 miles at a 9:39 pace, so I was pleased.
With Shamrock being a completely flat course I'm hopeful that I can try for a decent pace if my body allows and still be able to keep my HR at a safe level.
