20 Weeks!

My little baby is growing so fast I can't even keep up any more. I seriously love him more every day than the day before. He is learning so much and is such a joy to have in our lives.

He's just on the edge of 13 pounds now, I'm pretty sure next week he'll be over 13 pounds for sure. On Monday he was 12 lb. 12.6 ounces. He's still gaining about 6-8 ounces a week, and you can definitely tell by looking at his chubby cheeks and chubby belly. I think he's grown in length too, since some of his sleepers are starting to feel a little tight on him.

We worked on mastering the bottle this week. With Kieran needing to take a bottle at daycare and with him fighting it last week I decided we needed to get him back to liking the bottle again.

I am now giving him a bottle in the morning and night, just about an ounce of breast milk mixed with his Zantac and vitamins. We decided this way he can't spit his medicine out and it also lets him practice his bottle at the same time.

Seems to be going well and he is rewarded with "the titties" afterward, so that makes him happy.

Mornings are still our favorite times, even if I'm exhausted from the night before, seeing this little guy's smile and watching him stretch after taking his swaddle off is enough to give me a boost of energy.

Tummy time is getting better too, look at that strong neck!

Big boy, hold on to that blanket

so serious

Friday evening I went out with some friends for some girl time. Before I left though I enjoyed a little time with my boys. Kieran is definitely clamming up in front of the camera and video camera so I was trying to be secretive by recording on the side.

Little chatterbox

My two favorite boys!

Saturday Sean and I took fatty to the pool again. Such a fun time playing with him in the water. I can't wait until I can put him under. I'm curious to see if he's going to love or hate it. Probably the later.

I also decided to dress Kieran in one of his many Vermont outfits. Most are too big for him, and even this onesie is labeled 6 month, but I figured I'd let him try it out early, the first outfit in a 6 month size that he's worn.

Definitely looks cute showing his Vermont pride with a little bit of Champ!

Big Belly Boy

Kieran strikes a conversation with his buddy Rose

"Rose, where did you go?"

We are now getting the big smiles from this guy. Love him to pieces!!

How can you not resist a baby with such chubby cute cheeks?

Laughs are my favorite

I seriously love the weekends so I can have Sean home and have family time. While my mom was here she did Super Baby with Kieran and he didn't know what to think of it, because I had never done it with him. I've been introducing it a lot more often and he's definitely starting to enjoy it a lot more.

Super Baby!
