Week 15 & 16

It's a lot more difficult to keep up then I originally thought.  I'm going to keep trying though, even if it's just through pictures.

Week 15

I don't remember what I was feeling, probably just tired.

Week 16

We had our monthly doctor's appointment.  We were fortunate to get another ultrasound, only to check my cervix length, but that meant a quick glimpse at Baby Murphy once again.  The HR was 152 (I think, see I should have written this post after my appointment, I forget too easily) and my cervix length was 4.5 cm.  This was a lot shorter then my appointment 3 weeks ago but the doctor said as long as it stays above 2.5 cm we are good to go.  It shortens during pregnancy anyways, so it's fine that it has shortened.

The photos we got were less then stellar, but the tech almost didn't even do any photos.  When I asked for photos she said "if we see the baby."  What the heck does that mean?  Can't you make a little effort and look around.  Luckily she did a quick scan on my abdomen to get a quick few photos.

I also started my weekly progesterone injections.  From week 16-36 I will receive an injection which will hopefully give me a fighting chance to have a full-term baby.  Fingers crossed!

oh and here are my weekly progression photos.  I somehow look smaller then week 16, which doesn't feel the case.  I guess evening bloat varies day to day.

We also finally told Sean's parents.  He wanted to tell them in person so we had to wait until we saw them which was right after the 16 week mark.

We then decided to do a Christmas Announcement on Facebook, so we are officially out to everyone.

Kieran made his own announcement too.  As you can see he's "thrilled!"
